A deep respect is endowed to the manufacturing methods and standards of both the region and the product. Made with a mix of red Lambrusco grapes and white Trebbiana grapes, this vinegar's' flavor is as deep as it is complex. Aged for 8,10 or 12 years, there is a vinegar for all applications, from salads to desserts.
